1.) Q. Are there any countries off-limits for study?
A. Sanctioned countries by the United States Government and the United Nations are listed in the contract and homepage.
2.) Q. Can a deal be transferred to another person in the Education Plan Programs?
A. No.
3.) Q. Do you have a joined Contract of Agreement with two students in the Education Plan Programs?
A. Yes.
4.) Q. If a child becomes ill and cannot return or continue to go to school, what would become of my outstanding balance?
A. 50% of the unpaid balance will be paid out to you 60 days after the satisfactory verification of the student's illness.
5.) Q. What would happen if a child commits suicide during the contractual period?
A. In such a case, your contract balance will not be honored. As sympathetic as we are towards your loss, the Company will not bear a loss under such circumstances.
6.) Q. What happens if a student is injured and disabled to continue studying or if the student is killed due to a terrorist attack?
A. You will receive 50% of your outstanding balance.
7.) Q. If a student becomes a victim of a sexual assault at the school, can they change to another school?
A. Yes, you can.
8.) Q. What happens in the case of a student's accidental or natural death?
A. The student life insurance policy will handle such matters. The account balance will be kept under the Articles of Agreement in the COA.
9.) Q. What would happen if the student could not attend school for a year for medical reasons?
A. The account would be stopped until recommencement.
10.) Q. What would happen if the student wants to take a sabbatical leave for 12 months or more from their studies?
A. The account would be stopped until recommencement.
11.) Q. What would occur if a student needs to take leave from her studies due to pregnancy?
A. If a student intends to return to her studies after giving birth, she must provide us with details of when she will stop her education and when she will resume again. We will freeze the account until the student returns to school without interest in the account balance. However, she does not plan to return to her studies. In that case, the outstanding balance will be forfeited and retained by PSALTER 46.
12.) Q. What happens if the student is studying in another country and is no longer safe to remain there due to political unrest?
A. The account balance is established until an alternative school can accept it.
13.) Q. Can a student change schools?
A. Yes. The student must give a 60-day written notification before the end of the school year. We only honor the student's request to enter a new school in September.
14.) Q. How many educational contracts can a single client have with you?
A. Three.
15.) Q. Do you have a maximum limit on the capital to invest in the education plans?
A. The limit is based on the three programs that you choose.
16.) Q. How long will these rates remain in the plans?
A. The programs and percentages change every January. Rates and applications will be adjusted yearly under current economic conditions, policies, and stratagems.
17.) Q. When was the Company founded?
A. In 1998.
18.) Q. How about taxes concerning the Education Plan Programs?
A. There are tax benefits, credits, and deductions for education.
19.) Q. Do you accept personal checks?
A. Yes, you can print out a copy of the application form, fill it out, and mail your application and the check to our "Contact Us" address. Your account will be activated after your check is cleared.
20.) Q. Is keeping this Blueprint of Disbursement Form (BDF) essential?
A. Yes, it is a financial breakdown of your account.
21.) Q. Can I put my child in a private school before college with you?
A. Yes, see our Education Plan Program at the end of the page for more information.
22.) Q. Can the student select the school of their choice?
A. Yes, anywhere worldwide.
23.) Q. What is the guarantee for the safety of my money?
A. Your account is insured through ACPRI to assure that the student payment will be made to the college or university on time.
24.) Q. What happens to my account if three payments over 90 days have not been made in the Bachelor's Payment Plan Program?
A. You will receive a late payment fee of $60.00 each month. After 90 days, your COA will be canceled, and it is about the Articles of Agreements, without refund.
25.) Q. What happens if a student wants to take 12 months off from their studies?
A. A student can only take off due to illness, incapacitation, or accident. If your child wishes to take a sabbatical from their studies, refer to Question 10.
26.) Q. Do you accept foreign checks?
A. Yes, at the equivalent rate of exchange to the U.S. dollar.
27.) Q. What happens if a student gets a terminal or debilitating disease?
A. The student will lose their account balance. Therefore, the Company does not incur any loss. ACPRI Insurance, on the other hand, covers the student for such illness.
28.) Q. Can the student receive an early withdrawal or cash advance on their account?
A. No.
29.) Q. Can an Education Consultant (EC) attend the student's home by appointment?
A. Yes, if we have an office in your area.
30.) Q. Can a parent make an infant child the student's Beneficiary?
A. Yes. However, the account balance is kept until the child is to start college.
31.) Q. Can you cancel a contract after it is signed?
A. Yes. We reserve the right to cancel any client for up to 21 days.
32.) Q. Can the student send someone to pick up their payment?
A. No.
33.) Q. Are you licensed and registered with the appropriate agencies?
A. Yes.
34.) Q. Do you accept a power of attorney?
A. Yes. However, a power of attorney must be verified, and all fees will be at your expense.
35.) Q. To whom must payment be made on a joint obligation?
A. We will pay for the college or university the students will attend.
36.) Q. If that student dies before the maturity of the account?
A. Your Primary Beneficiary will inherit it under the same status.
37.) Q. What if the student's Primary Beneficiary dies during the COA?
A. The Secondary Beneficiary Beneficiary will come into effect under the same terms and conditions.
38.) Q. Can I amend my beneficiaries in my COA with you?
A. Yes. However, there is a new instrument fee of $550.00.
39.) Q. Can the contract be canceled?
A. Yes. You can cancel your educational contract within 72 hours of signing or receiving a cash invoice, whichever comes first.
40.) Q. Do you give out monthly or quarterly statements to accounts?
A. You will receive a quarterly statement to your account to be examined with your BDF.
41.) Q. What would happen if I do not fill in a Primary Beneficiary or Secondary Beneficiary Beneficiary Forms?
A. PSALTER 46 Educational Services becomes the Primary Beneficiary in case of death.
42.) Q. Is my private information protected?
A. PSALTER 46 may obtain personal information about you while serving you as an individual client. Collecting this information is critical to our ability to deliver the highest level of service to you. Still, we also recognize that you expect us to treat this information with the utmost confidentiality. We take your privacy seriously and safeguard the knowledge to protect your privacy. Your information is not shared and does not leave PSALTER 46 Educational Services.
43.) Q. Which forms of identification does a client need to provide?
A. This is for account correct information and security—one of the following line items. As required by laws and regulations, a copy of your passport, national identity card, or driver's license, addressing due diligence and related matters, and a personal identifier. A 2 "x2" head and shoulders photograph will be required for your account.
44.) Q. If a client dies during a Partial Payment Plan, what happens?
A. the Primary Beneficiary can continue the payments, or the funds will be totaled and rolled over into another account of the Primary Beneficiary's choice. Zero interest is given if an account is less than one year old.
45.) Q. What happens if the student gets married and withdraws from the course?
A. If the students have no intent to return to school, the student will lose all forfeitures.
46.) Q. What happens if the student's account is under $1,000.00 left following college graduation?
A. The balance will not be put into a retirement program but into another program offered.
47.) Q. What type of documents will the student receive?
A. A Contract of Agreement (COA), Certificate of College Education, a certified statement of Primary Beneficiary, an accredited declaration of Secondary Beneficiary Beneficiary, Blueprint of Disbursement Form (BDF), Cash Invoice, and a Projected Financial Statement.
48.) Q. What is a Blueprint of Disbursement Form (BDF)?
A. Your BDF discloses detailed account information on how your finances will be used, also, how your money is compounded with the percentage given.
49.) Q. How many people can be included in a Joint Education Plan Program?
A. Only three people.
50.) Q. Does the program give the student cash expenditures each year in the education plan?
A. No.
51.) Q. Can the student live off-campus?
A. Yes. However, your room and board will not be given living off-campus. It is only set for the school as part of our agreement.
52.) Q. Can a student change the degree course after starting?
A. Yes. Nevertheless, the student is liable for any arrears over their account balance.
53.) Q. What happens if a student is required to stay in the hospital for an extended period?
A. The student can continue courses in the new semester after leaving the hospital.
54.) Q. Can a student transfer from an American University to a different school?
A. Yes.

56.) Q. What happens if the student's curriculum textbooks get damaged, lost, or stolen?
A. The students would need to pay for the new books.

A. No.

61.) Q. Are the costs for the special preparation of foods due to allergies or religious beliefs covered?
A. Yes.
62.) Q. Can a person start the education plan early and keep any excess interest compounded earned to be paid in cash?
A. No.
63.) Q. What happens to a student's account balance if expelled from school or academically dismissed?
A. The student would lose all forfeitures to the account as part of a breach of contract.
64.) Q. Can a person enter into a program when the child is in primary or middle school?
A. Yes.
